 Dear parents /Guardians,

 We take this opportunity to thank each one of you for your whole hearted support and co-operation during the academic year 2009-2010.

 Final Examination & Result :

The Final Examination will commence from 3rd March. The time table has already been given to your ward/s. You are requested to review your ward/s studies and guide your ward/s in preparing for the final examination.

Report cards will be distributed on 6th March (Std.-IX), on 26th March (Std.- II to IV) and on 27th March (Std.- V to VIII) respectively. Parents/Guardians must come personally to collect the Report Cards on the date specified. Report cards will not be handed over to any student.

 Promotion:

Please refer to page 8 of the school diary. Needless to mention, there will be no reconsideration and conditional promotions. You are requested to refrain from persisting for such considerations. All promoted students’ Report Cards must be shown to the respective Class Teacher on the first day of the New Academic Session 2010-11 itself.

 Books & Stationery:

Text books and stationery will be available from the result day at a special counter – this is for the convenience of Parents/Guardians. All Parents/Guardians are requested to purchase the books and stationery in time so as to avoid the unnecessary delay in beginning with the new session syllabus.

 New Academic Year:

There will be a short break after the examination. The new academic session 2010-2011 will commence as follows:

Std. – X                             from 8/3/2010.

Std. – II to IX                    from 29/3/2010.

The High School timing will be 7:40 a:m to 1:40 p:m and the Primary Section will be 7:50 a:m to 1:30 p:m.

 School Fees:  After reviewing the financial burden for the session 2010-2011 and the impact of implementing the 6th Pay Commission recommendations for members of the staff,  the impact of rising prices and  inflation that has affected us as well, we are reluctantly compelled to make a very nominal upward revision of 12% in the tuition fee w.e.f 1/4/2010. We look forward to your support, understanding and co-operation in this matter.

 School Uniform:

All students must attend school in the Prescribed Uniform. We, therefore, request you to ensure that your ward/s attend school in the prescribed and neat and clean uniform.
